We had a large covered  patio we use a lot but couldn’t make a decision about the concrete floor. It had a large crack in it which we didn’t know how to deal with. My wife and I wanted to have our three car garage, front and back patios epoxy coated for both good looks and protection.  We had done this in our last home and were aware of the differences in coatings, durability, etc. When I  contacted Rocket City Epoxy and spoke with the owner it was clear that he knew the products and there pros and cons.  His recommendation was spot on for exactly the right reasons with what we learned previously.  He was curteous and explained everything about the installation. As the home was just being built and knew when completion would be, we asked him if he could hold a 'window' open for our install as we needed to do it before all of our furniture arrived.  He said he could do this. When the time came everything went like clockwork.  His installers are quite good and clearly understand the nature of the product for proper installation. I had other companies come out as well, however I didnt feel they were as honest and sincere as Manny.  They were very detailed and the floor was better than I could have ever imagined! *3 month review* FLAWLESS! This team knocked the job out in about 5 hours and taped off my sensors so I didnt mistakenly close the garage door and damage the floor. Our home was a new build and he held a spot open for us so it could be installed the day after closing. The builder had horrific communication and delayed the home by 1 month but Will still managed to keep incredible communication and a slot open for us immediately following closing.  The coating is perfect. It looks beautiful and is very strong. We spilled oil that sat on the surface for 4 days and is cleaned right up with a dry paper towel with no staining. I used dawn dish soap to remove slick oil residue. I even run my robot vacuum cleaner in the garage now. I have blown out the garage with a leaf blower. Dust doesnt stick to the surface. I walk in the garage with socks and it genuinely feels like an extension of the house.  Will is an incredible stand up guy to work with. He is very relaxed and tells it to you how it is. When I was getting quotes from lifetime epoxy they were doing the sales man pitch to me and it felt like I was just another wallet to take money from. With rocket city epoxy there was no pressure to purchase their service. It was "you either want us to do the job or not." Another great benefit is that they have MANY years in the construction industry, so they understand stuff that isnt necessarily related to the exact job at hand. While that wont directly affect the job they're performing, it is settling to know that you arent having someone new to the industry install your floor. Additionally, they have proven to know the technical details of the product they install, down the the data sheet numbers. I could go on for days, but seriously, this is the team you want installing your floor.

They did a fantastic job on my garage floor. Prep work and final results were excellent. After a couple of days however I felt the floor was a little rougher than I wanted so Will from Rocket City came out to discuss and later that day they lightly sanded the floor and put another top coat on.
